Effective 2026-09-15. This page covers the use of gravelwoodco.com itself. It does not cover purchases — those happen on Etsy or Fiverr, under those platforms' own terms (see below).

The short version: this website is an informational hub, not a store. We don't take orders, payments, or store card details here. When you buy a product, you're buying through Etsy. When you order a service, you're ordering through Fiverr. Those platforms handle your purchase, your payment, and their own buyer protections.

1. Who this site is

gravelwoodco.com is operated by the individual running the GravelwoodCo Etsy shop and the Ember Co. Fiverr seller account (embercontent) — the same small business under two focused names. Contact: gravelwoodember@gmail.com.

2. No cart, no checkout, here

This site does not process orders, payments, or personal financial information. Every "Shop on Etsy" or "Visit Ember Co. on Fiverr" link sends you to that platform to complete an actual purchase, under that platform's own terms of service, payment processing, and buyer/seller protections:

Etsy's Terms of Use govern any product purchase from the GravelwoodCo Etsy shop.
Fiverr's Terms of Service govern any service order from the Ember Co. seller account.

Questions about an actual order, refund, or delivery are handled per those platforms' policies and our own support policy (see the FAQ), not by this Terms page.

3. Content & intellectual property

The GravelwoodCo name, logo, and the original designs shown or linked from this site are the property of GravelwoodCo. Please don't reproduce, redistribute, or resell them without asking first — email us and we're happy to talk about it.

4. External links

This site links out to Etsy, Fiverr, and occasionally other third-party sites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or policies. Linking to a site isn't an endorsement of everything on it.

5. No warranty

This site and its content are provided "as is." We've made a good-faith effort to keep the information here accurate (shipping timelines, service scope, pricing ranges), but the authoritative, up-to-date details for any specific order always live on the actual Etsy listing or Fiverr gig at the time you order.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GravelwoodCo isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This doesn't limit any protections you're separately entitled to as an Etsy buyer or Fiverr buyer under those platforms' own terms.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update this page as the site grows past this first version. The effective date at the top will always reflect the latest version.

8. Governing law

Not yet specified. This section is intentionally left as a placeholder rather than guessed at — it should name the U.S. state whose law governs this site once that's confirmed. Flagged for Evan to provide before this page is treated as final/complete.
