Every item is made to order (print-on-demand), so production and shipping happen one after the other, not at the same time. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before an order ships, and standard US domestic shipping adds another 3–7 business days after that — international orders take longer. A "10 business days" estimate means roughly 10 days from when you order, not from when it ships.

Sizing and fit vary slightly by product and garment. Each Etsy listing has its own size chart — check the listing you're looking at rather than assuming sizing is identical across items.

Because every item is made just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size ordered or a change of mind — we'd rather tell you that up front than surprise you later.

That said, if something actually went wrong on our end, we'll make it right:

• Defects or misprints: free replacement or full refund, your choice.
• Wrong item received: same — replacement or refund.
• Damaged in transit: replacement or refund; a photo of the damage helps but isn't required to get it fixed.
• Lost in transit: if tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days past the estimated delivery window, we treat it as lost and replace or refund it — you shouldn't have to just keep waiting.

Tracking is available through your Etsy order once it ships. If tracking looks stalled or something seems off, message us through Etsy and we'll look into it.
